Description

Heroin use is becoming more widespread. The cocaine epidemic caused an alarming jump in the number of heroin users. Experts believe that the paraphernalia of cocaine free basing – plus the need to come down from cocaine highs – has made heroin more acceptable among middle- and upper-class drug users.
