Statement of Concern:
The number one problem in the community is alcohol related vandalism done by people trying to fit in.

Realistic Goal:
-Work with local SADD and other community organizations
-Involve parents and community
-Contact local teen center
-raise funds
-talk to local law enforcement to collect data

Obstacles:
-Older siblings
-"Popular" groups
-Other family members
-peer pressure

-Create a presentation with organizations to present to teen center
-contact teen center and ask permission
-Set a budget
-Ask for sponsorship
-Come up with theme parties
-Set dates for events
-Host said parties/events
-Work with teen center on attendance data
