Consiquences regarding substance abuse are too weak to effect the choices youth make.

Realistic Goal:
-Long Term goal: change policey for sporting consiquences
-Little known facts (positive in bathroom/hallways)
-Short Term: Community info. meeting once per semester
-Community infomation meeting (FYI, Newsletters)
