Hospital ERs Report Increase in Visits Related to Meth Use

MethHospital emergency departments are reporting an increase in the number of visits related to the use of methamphetamine over the past several years, according to a recent report from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The report showed that ERs treated 35,000 more cases of meth use in 2011 than they did in 2007.
