Michelle Voth has served as the Executive Director for Kansas Family Partnership since 1997. Prior to that, she was a founding member and first board president of the organization. She was volunteer president of the Topeka Drug Awareness Coalition from 1990 – 1995. Prior to moving to Topeka, she worked as the implementation coordinator and planner at the Mid-America Health Systems Agency. Michelle earned a master’s in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science and personnel administration from KU. Her work in substance abuse prevention has been recognized through the State of Kansas for starting the Kansas Red Ribbon Campaign (2001); National Enrique Camarena Award for Volunteerism by National Family Partnership (1996); Heart to Heart Volunteer Recognition by Volunteer Center of Topeka (1995) and Community Leader Award – Unified School District 501(1994). Michelle is a 1990 graduate of the Leadership Topeka and serves on the boards of Shawnee Regional Prevention and Recovery Services and the National Family Partnership.
Monica Kieffer has served as the Operations Manager for Kansas Family Partnership since December 2008. She is responsible for KFP’s day-to-day operations, including purchasing, accounting, record management, budgets, grant reporting and IT support. She received her Bachelor of Arts in mass media with an emphasis in public relations from Washburn University.
Nicole Stejskal has served as the Communications Coordinator for Kansas Family Partnership since October 2013. She is responsible for managing and distributing materials for the RADAR network. She also develops communication materials for KFP programs and works with SADD, KYLS and Red Ribbon. She received her Bachelor of Arts in mass media with an emphasis in public relations from Washburn University.
Susan Liening has served as the Administrative Specialist for Kansas Family Partnership since November 2006. She is responsible for providing logistical support for prevention workforce development trainings, assisting the prevention certification board and certified prevention staff, and providing clerical support for the agency. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Washburn University.
