Kansas Family Partnership provides resources, education, training and support for individuals and groups who seek to reduce substance abuse in Kansas. KFP coordinates statewide awareness campaigns including Family Day and the Kansas Red Ribbon Campaign that promote education about substance abuse prevention and help to engage youth, parents and communities in this issue.
KFP provides programs for youth including an annual Kansas Youth Leadership Summit on Underage Drinking and coordinates the Kansas SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) Program.
KFP also provides coordination for Kansas Leadership to Keep Children Alcohol Free Committee, provides free printed materials and videos/DVDs through RADAR (Regional Alcohol and Drug Awareness Resource) Center, provides news regarding substance abuse prevention. KFP advocates for sound policy, and and provides support for community coalitions and prevention professionals.
