Best Collaborative Community Project Award. The plaque was awarded to Burlington High School SADD Chapter.  A Certificate of Recognition was presented to Kenneth Henderson Middle School SADD Chapter; Mitchell Counties That Care; Norwich High School SADD Chapter – Mock Car Crash.

Best Collaborative Community Activity Award. The plaque was awarded to Chase County Drug Free Action Team. A Certificate of Recognition was presented to Doug’s Flowers & Gifts; Jewell County Resource Council; Kenneth Henderson Middle School; Norwich High School SADD Chapter – Military Boxes; Daylight Donuts - Vic Osborne.

Best School Activity/Elementary School. The plaque was awarded to Norwich Elementary School.

Best School Activity/Middle School. The plaque was given to Kenneth Henderson Middle School SADD Chapter.  

Best School Activity/High School. The plaque was given to Chase County High School- Strong City.  Certificates of Recognition were presented to Bucklin High School; Jewell High School SADD Chapter; Spartan Education Theater – Emporia High School.

Best School Project/Middle School. The plaque was given to Kenneth Henderson Middle School SADD. 

Best School Project/High School.  The plaque was given to Norwich High School SADD Chapter. Certification of Recognition was presented to Norwich High School.

Best School District Collaboration/Activity. The plaque was awarded to USD 284 Chase County.  Certificates of Recognition were given to Kenneth Henderson Middle School SADD Chapter; Red Ribbon Readers – Emporia; USD 408 Marion.

Best School District Collaboration/Project.  The plaque was awarded to USD 361 Anthony. 

Best Supporting Media-Newspaper. The plaque was given to The Beloit Call.  Certificates of Recognition were given to The Anthony Republican;The Chase County Leaders News; The Coffey County Republican; The Marion County Record; and The Garden City Telegram.

Best Supporting Media-Radio. The plaque was given to KJIL and KHYM FM, Meade Certificate of Recognition was given to KVOE-FM, Emporia.

Faith-Based Community Activity. The plaque was given to Anthony United Methodist Church

Red Ribbon Story of Hope Video Award. The plaque was given to Highland Park High School Theater Department, Topeka
